Starter

Classic prawn & crayfish cocktail, little gem
Confit of chicken, mushroom & tarragon terrine, mushroom ketchup
Crab tagliatelle with tomato & watercress, Parmesan, white wine sauce
Blue cheese, shallots & fig on flatbread with dressed rocket (v)

Main

24-hour cooked hanger steak, pommes anna, sprouting broccoli & red wine jus
Baked cod with clams, spinach & salsify
Chicken Kiev & crushed new potatoes with a pea & mushroom fricassee
Harissa roasted vegetables, natural yoghurt, burnt lemon & herb rice (v)

Dessert

Praline profiteroles with rich chocolate sauce
Poached pear with almond frangipane, salted caramel & Amaretto cream
Lemon posset & raspberry sorbet, Italian meringue & shortbread
