Starters

Poached salmon tagliatelle, white wine cream sauce, peas, samphire

Ham & gruyere croquettes, Dijon mayonnaise

Carrot, spring onion & coriander fritters, honey & cumin yoghurt (v)

Vegetable minestrone, basil pesto, bread & butter (v)(gfo)

Mains

Roast topside of beef (served pink or well done), Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes & rich meat gravy – served with seasonal vegetables (gfo/dfo)

Orange, garlic & thyme turkey breast, pork & herb stuffing, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding, gravy (gfo)

Baked skate wing, baby potatoes, red pepper & caper salsa, butter sauce (gf)

Leek & mushroom pie, spinach puree, parmesan cream sauce (v)

All mains are served with bowls of buttered, seasonal vegetables.

Desserts

Dark chocolate tart, caramel ice cream, sugared walnuts (v)
